Coffin Ridge’s three signature wines: Into The Light White, Back From The Dead Red and Resurrection Rosé express the Grey County terroir exquisitely. Start your day at Coffin Ridge with a tasting led by our knowledgeable staff. From there you can retreat to the deck for a glass of wine or cider. The Thornbury Cider and Brew House offers tasting flights of the award-winning Thornbury Cider, Thornbury Beer or wines. With new innovations released throughout the year, there is always something new on tap to taste! Beaver Valley Cidery
The Beaver Valley Ciderty produces hand-crafted hard ciders from select varieties of heritage apples grown in its own orchard or supplied by local Georgian Bay apple growers. The cidery and tasting room are housed in an historic post and beam century barn that has been respectfully converted to its new purpose. Cider may be purchased by the glass to enjoy on the premises (indoors or outdoors) or in bottles to take away. Also offered are trays of perfectly paired artisanal cheeses, and complimentary tastings. Stop by Sunday at noon sharp for a free in-depth tour of the cider production facility.
